Supportive December

Inclusion is experiencing a very special 2017, since it is the year of its tenth anniversary. Beyond the business growth achieved, during this time the company managed to establish its own values. Therefore, it is not surprising that this period of celebrations culminates with supportive initiatives.

In a new Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, the company cooperated with TECHO by providing food for volunteers who were building houses in a shanty town in Pilar.

“We are convinced that we can do a tiny contribution to generate awareness and to improve our society every day. This is the exact same thing that we are searching for in our company, constant growth. Consequently, as soon as we learned about this initiative, we participated without hesitation”, Cecilia Sanzarello, Chief People Officer of Inclusion, said. She added that years ago she had the possibility of building a house with her own hands thanks to this organization and that she would like the includers to have that experience as well in the future.

However, this was not the only CSR initiative the company carried out this year. Two professionals from the Human Resources area, Alirio Silva and Marina Pedros, participated from Empujar. The foundation that works for young people insertion in the labor market held a conference in which the participants pretended to be in job interviews. In that context, Inclusion experts tuned in and gave their best advice.

Besides, the company expects to finalize the year with a CSR initiative more associated with its area of expertise. It already has a plan in place to donate devices that are no longer used to certain organizations that can re-use them.

Inclusion takes into account Corporate Social Responsibility among its practices. The company works to awaken a committed and supportive conscience, making a yearly balance on its contribution to sustainable development. For more information about our previous initiatives, please enter here.
